    Terms of Use: Before using our website, please read the SMSVAR terms of use carefully. Anyone who uses our website and makes purchases is deemed to have accepted the following conditions: All web pages on our site and all pages linked to them are the property of SMSVAR and are operated by SMSVAR. You (the “User”) agree that when using all services offered on the site, by registering, receiving services, or loading balance, you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are over 18, that you have read and understood this agreement, and that you are bound by the terms written herein.
    To use this website (https://smsvar.com), you must read and accept the rules below. Anyone who uses the services offered on the site or accesses the website in any way is deemed to have accepted the terms of use.

      User and membership terms

    1.  We reserve the right to change prices and the products and services offered at any time.
    2. By accessing our site, you undertake not to reverse engineer, or take any other action aimed at finding or obtaining the source code. You accept in advance that you will be liable for any damage arising from such attempts and that legal and criminal action may be taken against you.
    3. When you access our site, in your activity on the site, in any section of the site, or in communications (WhatsApp, email, etc.), you agree not to create or share content that violates public morals and decency, the law, third-party rights, or that is misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, infringing, or that encourages illegal activity, and not to use our services for such conduct. You are fully responsible for any damage and legal process arising otherwise, and if such conduct is detected, SMSVAR may suspend or terminate such accounts and reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings. Therefore, SMSVAR reserves the right to share information when requested by judicial authorities regarding activity or user accounts.
    4. Relationships between members of the site and third parties are the responsibility of the parties involved.
    5. By registering, you consent, solely for marketing purposes such as promotion, advertising, campaigns, promotions, announcements, etc., to the sharing of your name, address, phone, mobile, and email with group companies or affiliates of the company that owns SMSVAR, together with its own contact, portfolio, and demographic information. Such personal data may be used to build customer profiles, run relevant promotions and campaigns, and for statistical work.
    6. The information referred to in the previous paragraph (5) may be disclosed to official authorities only when legally required in due form and under mandatory provisions in force.
    7. Everyone who creates an account on SMSVAR and makes payment must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, the agreement may be deemed breached and the account may be closed without notice to the user.
    8. The user is responsible for password and account security on SMSVAR and third-party sites. SMSVAR cannot be held liable for data loss, security breaches, or damage to hardware or devices.
    9. From the moment the user creates an account on SMSVAR, all responsibility is theirs. SMSVAR accounts cannot be deleted; deletion cannot be requested.
    10. SMSVAR may change the services offered on the site and these terms in whole or in part at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the site. It is the user’s responsibility to follow changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

      Payment and order terms

    11. No refunds are made after payment through the web payment system. Because SMSVAR operates on a balance model, no fee is charged for failed operations and your funds are credited back as SMSVAR balance to your SMSVAR account. You may use your balance for another country or service; refunds are only in the form of SMSVAR balance.
    12. Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe; the payment page is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Your card data is processed by a PCI DSS–compliant payment provider.
    13. SMSVAR will never send emails asking you to verify your credit card details or account password.
    14. The minimum balance top-up amount is 50 ₺; there is no upper limit, and you may load any amount above this. Card payments are collected via Stripe. For wire/EFT transfers, completing the transaction correctly with your bank and the recipient IBAN is the user’s responsibility; SMSVAR cannot be held directly liable for delays or errors caused by the bank or EFT channel.
    15. SMSVAR will not be liable if the payment does not complete due to insufficient card balance, issues originating from the card or bank account, or any technical reason during the transaction.
    16. If you close the redirect page during payment, disconnect from the internet, or the connection drops unexpectedly, your balance may not be credited. Please contact live support in such cases.
    17. Balance top-up must be completed in a single transaction from one credit or debit card; split payments are not possible.
    18. Amounts you load are credited to your account automatically 24/7 as balance.
    19. If you have sufficient SMSVAR balance, you may purchase one-time SMS/mobile verification for the service and country you choose.
    20. It is your responsibility to confirm before ordering that the service and country you selected match what you intend. After ordering, before triggering SMS to the number on your platform, verify that the order is correct; if you placed a wrong order, you may cancel using the “cancel” button at the far right of the row for that number on the “My orders” page. If you cancel, your balance is refunded to your SMSVAR account in full without deduction.
    21. If you enter the number on your platform and SMS is directed to it and a code is received as a result, the order is deemed “successful”; under no circumstances is a refund given for successful operations.
    22. The “code” column on the orders page refreshes every 60 seconds. Therefore, in cancelled flows, keep the window where you must enter the code open until the column updates on the orders page, in case a code still arrives.
    23. After a code is received, entering it on the relevant platform before it expires is the user’s responsibility. No refund is given for failures caused by entering the code late.
    24. After placing an order, do not leave the SMSVAR panel until a code arrives or the order is cancelled. If you log out before the order is fully cancelled and a code then arrives, no refund will be given for that operation.
    25. SMSVAR works with multiple suppliers to offer more countries and services at better prices. You may order as you wish. If no SMS or number is received, the service fee is refunded to your SMSVAR account as SMSVAR balance.
    26. Our numbers are virtual or non-virtual depending on the service, intended for one-time use on the platform you choose. When you order, the number is activated only for receiving a single SMS; after completion it is cancelled and removed. You cannot receive a second SMS to the same number. Therefore, creating “fresh” accounts with numbers is not recommended; logging back in with such accounts may trigger SMS verification again, and you cannot receive a second SMS on the same number, which may lock the account. Do not rely solely on the number as your only recovery point. SMSVAR accepts no liability in this regard; you act knowing numbers are one-time. SMSVAR provides one-time SMS verification services.
    27. SMSVAR only ensures SMS reaches you; the fee is charged when SMS is delivered. Any negative outcome after delivery (platform rejection, wrong code, expired window, etc.) is your responsibility. No refund in these cases; you cannot get a second SMS on the same number, and you must place a new order for a new verification.
    28. SMSVAR only receives the first SMS sent to the number. If no code arrives while the number is active, do not request a second code to the same number—order a new number and receive SMS there.

      Cancellation and refund terms

    29. If no SMS arrives, cancellation can be done manually from the orders page for the first 7 minutes of the order. For 5 minutes after the 7th minute you cannot cancel; if SMS still has not arrived after that window, the system cancels the order and refunds your balance.
    30. After SMS is sent on the platform where you use the number and the status column shows “successful” (verification code received), the order cannot be cancelled for any reason and no balance refund is given.
    31. For “failed” operations, our only guarantee is that if the SMS code does not arrive, the service fee charged for that order is refunded to your SMSVAR account as SMSVAR balance.
    32. Numbers from any supplier may become unavailable at any time. SMSVAR is not the primary distributor and cannot intervene in upstream issues; no refund can be claimed in that case. You may try the same supplier’s numbers for other countries or another supplier with your existing balance.

      Supplier and stock terms

    33. For OM4 services, we deliver virtual numbers; the code either arrives within about 30 seconds or not at all. Maintenance and slot changes may occur during off-peak night hours (Turkey time) every few days; if you repeatedly get “try again” on a service, try again after a few hours or other active options. For example, if you experience this on Instagram “Argentina”, try other countries such as “Latvia, Lithuania” under Instagram if available.
    34. If a service you use becomes unavailable due to an update or change by the service/app/site (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), SMSVAR accepts no liability; the supplier is expected to restore the service after addressing the change.

      Important

    Any lawful or unlawful use of accounts you create on platforms after receiving SMS verification through our service list is solely your responsibility as the user and account holder. SMSVAR accepts no liability for actions taken through the numbers.
          On all platforms where we provide service, a person only needs any free email (Yandex, Google, etc.) and a phone number in a country the platform allows for verification codes to sign up. A person can sign up as many times as they have email and phone numbers; platforms generally do not limit this. Platform owners allow sign-ups for anyone who can receive email and SMS. Therefore, just as GSM operators or Gmail/Yandex are not liable for what users do with a line/email, SMSVAR is not liable for the user’s lawful or unlawful conduct when providing virtual numbers for SMS under the same rules permitted by platforms.

       SMSVAR is not the primary distributor of any of the numbers offered; it resells numbers sourced from overseas suppliers with a margin.
