A Wolt account is tied to a phone number. A verification code is sent to the number during registration, and the number step is requested even if you sign in with an email address or a social account.
How to get a number
- Add credit and open the panel.
- Pick the Wolt service, then the country.
- Enter the number in the app with its country code.
- Read the code from the panel and type it into the app.
Your number at delivery
A Wolt courier may call or message you during delivery. A virtual number does not receive incoming calls and returns to the pool when the transaction ends. If you are genuinely going to place orders, you have to set your own reachable number on the account.
Country choice
Wolt only accepts orders in the countries where it operates, and the service city is determined by the app location. The country of the number affects price and availability, not your service area.
If the code never arrives
If the window closes without a code, the transaction is cancelled and the amount is credited back to your balance.
